Today we received an email from Petco with a new Joybucks promotion they are running through 11/19.

- Make an in-store purchase from November 10, 2016 to November 19, 2016 and receive a coupon for $5 off an in-store purchase of $25 or more from November 19, 2016 to December 4, 2016.
- Valid once per customer. Coupon will be provided upon purchase.
- Promotion and coupon valid in-store only. Offer not available on petco.com

So my interpretation is you get a $5 coupon when you purchase anything for your next in store purchase of $25 or more. I’m being told by customer service you must spend $25 or more now to get the $5 coupon towards next purchase. That’s not what is on promotional email

Yes the email says buy anything.
We did send the human to the store and she received a green coupon from the cashier.
We expected a coupon to print on the receipt so the human asked the cashier, when she saw nothing printed.
That’s when they handed her the coupon.
