Please note that registers at Petsmart are set in a way that percentage off coupons come off at the very end after coupons, no matter when in the transaction you hand them over.
So even if you hand over your coupon at the very beginning, your discount will be counted for the amount after coupons.
Here’s an example: You have a a $10 bag of food and a $5/1 coupon for it. You hand over your F&F 15% coupon, the 15% will come off as $1.50, making the item 8.50. You then hand over your 5/1 coupon, the register will calculate the total from the after coupon amount, which is $5, so you will end up getting ony a 75 cents discount, making the item $4.25, independent if you hand over your 15% in the beginning or the end of the transaction.
These coupons are mostly valuable when you are bying a bigger item, they will have less impact when you are good at getting your out of pocket cost down. But hey, every little bit helps, right?

If you have not used them yet, you have one day left to possibly score free toys and cheap dog beds and leashes at Petmart.
Petsmart has recently released some new coupons valid through 9/15. You can print two per computer and can only use one of each kind per transaction.
If you are chosing a toy that costs a few pennies less than $2, please make sure you have other items in your order or have the cashier mark down the coupon (can be tricky), because the register will not allow a negative balance.

Always check those receipts at Petsmart!!!

When shopping at Petsmart for free toys this week ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS check your receipt before tossing it!
Petsmart registers will randomly print survey invites on the register tape with your receipt.
Those surveys are worth $3 and are quickly and easily filled out.
All you need to do is go to the webiste mentioned on the tape, fill out the survey and then you will receive an activation code, which you will have to note on the tape.
Next time you shop at Petsmart you can bring in the tape to redeem those three dollars on anything in the store, which can help keep your out of pocket cost down!
We are always thrilled when the human gets one of those!!! Lately we unfortunately have not been super lucky and then bam all of a sudden we between four transactions at two different stores we ended up with two surveys on the same day. That’s $6 in free store money at Petsmart!!
You will usually find those on top of your receipt!!
So you never know, hunting for free toys or cheap collars might yield you extra dollars in store money!

We received an email from Petsmart valid through 9/18 (so unfortunately NOT during the F&F event) with a 3/1 any Simply Nourish OR Authority product!
In case you cannot find the Flyers for these products in store, this is a great coupon to have. ESPECIALLY as it says on ANY Simply Nourish or Authority product and does not specify a size.
So it can be used on a bag of treats or some cans, making these free potentially!
Petsmart has changed their system so that coupons only work with your card and are one time use. Emailed coupons have two barcodes now, just like those postcards Petsmart sends out occasionally.
We also have the impression that the emails have become more targeted based on items you have purchased in the past.
