When shopping at Petco keep an eye out for orange “OOPS” stickers!
Stores often mark down items using these sticker and our human usually finds at least 6-7 marked down items on any visit we send her.
Items are market down for various reasons: either overstock, damaged packaging or close to expiration date etc.
We always make sure the human takes a good assortment of coupons for any given visit and sometimes we
luck out and we have high value coupons that will make those marked down items very cheap or even free.
The rescues go through food and treats quickly, so bag of food a month from expiration date, will be long gone
by the time it reaches the date that caused the oops sticker.
Remember though, checking out at Petco is a PITA!!! Most times those OOPS items require manual price changes
and very often a manager override is needed! So choose your deals wisely!!
